Our story begins nine years ago. We learned right away each other’s passion for the kitchen. Both growing up with Island backgrounds and big families we discovered many similarities in the core of our recipes and style of cooking. Then we added the southern touch as I like to say. Which consisted of deep-rooted recipes from my husband’s mother – and Knowles Kitchen was created!

We began combining flavors and experimenting with new dishes. All items that represented both of us. We truly believe great food brings people together. The best compliment a chef can receive is the face of satisfaction. Being in the hospitality industry for 20 years has taught me many things. But the number one thing it taught me was if you didn’t love what you do you shouldn’t be doing it.
